July 28, 2025 Newsletter
Hi Neighbors,
I want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who participated in Saturday's Safety Walk with Councilmember Felder and his team! We were able to share a bunch of safety concerns we have, and I look forward to working with them to follow up on many of those issues.
Something I need from all of you (whether you attended the safety walk or not): If you have recently submitted a 311 request, please send me the case number if you have it. Councilmember Felder would like to:
- Understand what kinds of issues keep popping up in River Terrace
- Escalate any 311 requests that haven't been completed yet. If you use the 311 app, you can find a list of all of your requests with your case numbers:

If you've called 311 to report an issue, you may not have been given a case number. I have reached out to the Office of Unified Communications to see if they can help us get case numbers for phone calls made recently.
